The 1960’s bungalow had a great footprint but was showing its age. The owner was after a kitchen that was modern, highly functional, and easy to entertain in. Being an architect working from home, this was an important space to update.
The finish is handle-free with negative detail, matte black fronts, and stainless and oak bench tops. A thoughtful collection of textures and materials has resulted in a sleek, fresh space with ample under-bench storage, including smart space solutions such as hidden internal drawers, corner swivel units, and pullouts.
Long bench tops and a luxurious stainless steel island complete the look.
